The PreConRing is created using the solid steel predecessor to the reconstruction plate used in orthopaedic surgery.

Uses: Adding holes to the PreCon plate would allow it to be secured to collar bones, forearms, or elbows using surgical screws. But without holes this ring becomes a clean addition to any style.
